Ingredients
- Sugar - 9.5 oz
- Water - 1 qt
- Instant coffee - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Vodka - 1 qt
- Brandy - 1 qt
- Vanilla salt - 2 sticks
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the syrup by mixing sugar and water in a small saucepan and boiling over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

While the mixture is warm, add the vodka and brandy.

Cut the two vanilla sticks in half and place them at the bottom of a 1-liter glass jar or bottle (if you don't like vanilla, you can skip this step).

Pour the liqueur into the jar, seal tightly, and store in a dark, cool place for 1 to 2 months.

The longer you wait, the smoother the liqueur will be. Once a week, take it out and shake well to ensure a uniform consistency.
