Ingredients
- Raw cane sugar - 1½ spoons
- Freshly brewed green tea - 3 fl oz
- Irish Whiskey - 1 fl oz
- Whipped Cream - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a glass for Irish coffee, add brown sugar, then pour in 20 ml of Irish whiskey, and heat the glass over an open flame while stirring the sugar.
Step 2
Add the remaining whiskey, ignite it, and swirl the burning liquid around the walls of the glass.
Step 3
Add a lungo coffee to the cup.
Step 4
In a shaker (without ice), whip the cream separately, then spoon it on top of the coffee.
Step 5
Garnish the cocktail with a couple of coffee beans.
