- Onion - 1 head
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Brandy - 2 tablespoons
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta.
Step 2
Boil the beetroot, let it cool, and cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Remove the bones from the herring and break it into small pieces.
Step 4
