Pesto can be portioned into small containers and placed in the freezer for storage. In the refrigerator, pesto lasts for 3–5 days.

  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Pistachios - 1.6 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt - 1 tablespoon
