Description

  • Mashed Potatoes - 2 lbs
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
  • Hard Cheese - 12.3 oz
  • 10% cream - 5 fl oz
  • Dill - 0.1 oz
  • Parsley - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel and boil the potatoes.

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms and chicken fillet, then sauté them.

Step 3

For the sauce, mix the cream or milk with the seasonings, place it over heat, and let it warm up.

Step 4

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.

Step 5

Finely chop the herbs.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 7

Grease a baking tray with oil, arrange the potatoes on it, then add the chicken and mushrooms, pour the sauce over everything, and sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 8

Place the casserole in the oven for 15–20 minutes, until cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 9

At the end of cooking, you can garnish with dill and parsley.
