Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Dried Chamomile - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Cauliflower - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and place them in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain in a colander.
Step 2
Peel the onion, finely chop it, and sauté in heated oil until golden brown for 8 minutes. Peel the tomatoes and mash them with a fork into a puree.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with a small amount of olive oil. Then layer the cauliflower, tomato puree, and onion. Season with spices, salt, and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
