Ingredients
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 17.6 oz
- Green Butter - 0.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in their shells and peel them (they taste better and juicier than store-bought peeled ones).
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves. It is usually recommended to tear the lettuce by hand.
Step 3
Place the torn lettuce on a flat plate. Sprinkle with boiled shrimp. Drizzle with sauce.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and ketchup (sweet, not spicy) along with the pressed garlic. Add ketchup until the sauce reaches a pleasant pink color. This mixture of sauce with lettuce leaves and shrimp will be delightful.
Step 5
Garnish with slices (rings) of tomato. Serve chilled.
