Description
Instead of processed cheese, you can use regular hard cheese, grated, or soft processed cheese like 'Viola'. Thanks to my friend and reader Emily for the photo :)
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Water - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In one skillet, sauté the minced meat.
Step 2
In another, sauté the finely chopped onion, garlic, and pieces of cheese.
Step 3
Mix the contents of both skillets.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
Step 6
Serve with spaghetti or rice.
