Description

- Water - 1 tablespoon
- Potato - 1 piece
- Parsley - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Oregano - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Spanish onions - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine finely chopped red onion, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, and garlic scapes (you will need 1 tablespoon of the mixture).
Step 2
Add ketchup, water, pepper, and salt to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly and knead for about 5 minutes (the mixture should become pliable).
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Form small balls from the meat mixture and fry them.
Step 4
In a blender, combine the tomato and the herb and onion mixture. Pour the resulting mixture over the meatballs and simmer until cooked through (10–12 minutes).
