Ingredients
- Pitted olives - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- White bread - 2 slices
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ground beef or turkey with 2 raw eggs, white bread, grated cheese, pepper, and salt, and also add chopped parsley.
Step 2
Spread the mixture into a layer in a glass dish.
Step 3
Place sliced olives, julienned bell pepper, and 3 boiled eggs in a line down the center of the meat mixture.
Step 4
Form a roll - a 'log', covering the filling with the meat mixture.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 40 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Step 6
Slice into pieces and serve with pasta and wine.
