Italian Shrimp and Cherry Tomato Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 6 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7 tablespoons
- Conchiglie Pasta - 2.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 1 piece
- Dill - 3 bunches
- Salt - to taste
- Shrimp - 8 pieces
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Arugula - 1 bunch
- Safflower Oil - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the champignon mushrooms. Finely chop them and sauté until cooked, adding salt. Finely chop the dill and mix it with the sour cream.
Step 2
Cook the cannelloni. Add salt and sauté. Chop the tomatoes finely. Grate the cheese. Sauté or boil the shrimp.
Step 3
Add khmeli-suneli to the shrimp. Clean the shrimp and chop them. Chop a few arugula leaves.
Step 4
Combine all the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix well. Stuff this filling into the cannelloni. Garnish with half a cherry tomato. It can be served immediately.
Step 5
Note: It is best to serve this dish with red wine. For children, carrot juice is a good option.
