Description

- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 0.1 oz
- Italian herb blend - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Italian herb blend - 2 spoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with olive oil until soft.
Step 2
Cut the beef into cubes against the grain. Add the meat to the onions and sauté for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
In a blender, prepare the sauce: blend the chopped tomato, peeled and chopped pepper, herb mixture, and salt until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the prepared sauce over the meat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
