Description

- Poultry - 35.3 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken weighing about 1 kg (or the thighs) into serving pieces, season with salt, and sauté in neutral oil. Place the browned pieces in a roasting pan or pot.
Step 2
Grate 2–3 medium carrots on a coarse grater and sauté them in the oil used to fry the chicken.
Step 3
Transfer everything from the skillet to the pot. Add 400 grams of green peas along with the brine, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1-2 bay leaves. Season with salt to taste. Simmer in the oven or on low heat on the stove for 15-20 minutes.
