Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1½ pieces
- Turnips - 5 pieces
- Ramiro Pepper - 1 piece
- Scallions - 3 pieces
- Basil - 2 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Cut the tomato in the same way and combine it in a deep bowl with the cucumber.
Step 4
Add salt and mix.
Step 5
Add the chopped ramiro pepper.
Step 6
Then add the radishes, cut into small cubes.
Step 7
Mix and add the basil. If the leaves are large, chop them finely.

Dress with olive oil.

Chop the garlic and add it to the salad.

Add the onion.
