Ingredients

  • Spanish onions - 7.1 oz
  • Bouillon cube - 1.1 oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 1.1 oz
  • Garlic - 0.7 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 3 fl oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 0.7 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 22 fl oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the white onion into small cubes and blanch in water, then strain and let it cool.

Step 2

Mix all the other ingredients with the white onion and blend, except for the oil.

Step 3

Gradually add the pre-cooled vegetable oil in a thin stream while continuously whisking the mixture.

Step 4

The result should be a creamy, thick consistency.

Step 5

The sauce is ready.
