Ingredients
- Zucchini - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Russian Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Adyghe cheese - 2.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the egg, cool it, and peel it.
Step 2
Cut the Adyghe cheese and egg into cubes. Grate the semi-hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in water until translucent, then add the finely chopped garlic. Cut the zucchini into cubes or quarters and add them to the skillet with the onion and garlic. Sauté the vegetables until cooked, about 10–15 minutes, over low heat. 2–3 minutes before finishing, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Slice the tomato into thin rounds and sauté them in a separate skillet. Lightly salt, and as soon as the tomatoes start to release their juice, remove the skillet from the heat.
Step 5
Grease our baking dish with a small amount of olive oil. Layer the bottom with zucchini, egg, and Adyghe cheese. Then sprinkle with half of the semi-hard cheese, and place the tomatoes on top. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 6
Send our zucchini to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes, until golden brown.
