  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - 5.3 oz
  • Wasabi - ½ teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Onion - ½ head
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break the crab meat into small pieces.

Step 2

Finely chop the green onion.

Step 3

Slice the onion into thin half-rings.

Step 4

Grate the lime zest and ginger on a fine grater.

Step 5

For the dressing, mix the soy sauce with the cream cheese, mustard, and wasabi. Add the lime zest and ginger.

Step 6

Combine the crab meat with both types of onion, pour the dressing over it, and serve on the salad leaves.
