Description
You can use any type of red fish instead of salmon.
Ingredients
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Salmon - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - ½ heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 8 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until al dente: bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to the lowest setting and simmer for 11 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the fish on each side for about 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Then, break it into small pieces.
Step 3
Chop all the vegetables into cubes and add them to the pan after the fish. It's important to fry them without a lid. Do not overcook, or the vegetables will become too soft. They should remain slightly firm.
Step 4
Stir all the ingredients in the pan and add soy sauce.
Step 5
Sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
