Ingredients
- Rice - ½ cup
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 5.3 oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice, peel the avocado and cut it into long slices, and slice the cucumber into thin strips.
Step 2
Lay out plastic wrap on the table. Arrange the slices of salmon in a checkerboard pattern on it, ensuring there are no gaps.
Step 3
Spread the rice evenly on top and press it down.
Step 4
At the bottom edge, place the strips of avocado and cucumber.
Step 5
Roll it up starting from the bottom edge, then remove the wrap and cut the roll into equal pieces. Serve with soy sauce.
