  • Chili Flakes - 5 teaspoons
  • Sichuan pepper - 3 teaspoons
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 2 teaspoons
  • Poppy seed paste - ½ teaspoon
  • Yellow Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon
