Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice in water in a 1:2 ratio.
Step 2
Let it cool, transfer to a bowl, and place in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with 2 tablespoons of cold water and make an omelet in a greased pan.
Step 4
Cut the omelet into several pieces and fry in the same pan, flipping once.
Step 5
Take the rice out of the refrigerator and mix it with the omelet pieces.
Step 6
Dice the peeled carrot and onion.
Step 7
Add them to the rice along with the green peas.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with soy sauce, and mix.

Finely chop the garlic and smoked meat (or finely dice tofu).

Transfer the rice with vegetables to the pan.
