Ingredients
- Pork Skewers - 42.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 2½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2½ tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Meat Extract - 1 teaspoon
- Dried onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon

In a deep bowl, combine both types of mustard and oil.

After an hour, open the sleeve and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, increasing the temperature to 392°F.

Serve the ribs hot.

Add the tomato paste.

Season with meat seasoning.

Add the dried onion.

Dress with soy sauce.

Mix and add erythritol.

Cut the ribs into pieces about 6–7 cm long.
