- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the fillet into minced meat using a meat grinder along with the onion and a clove of garlic (optional).
Step 2
Mix the baking soda with sour cream and add salt.
Step 3
Sift the flour, add the sour cream, and gradually add water to knead the dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4
After the time has passed, roll out the dough, cut out small circles with a glass, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, pinch the edges like a dumpling, and then seal the corners.
Step 5
Drop into boiling water for 4–6 minutes.
