Description
These patties turn out very juicy due to the inclusion of vegetables. You can substitute zucchini with bell pepper or pumpkin depending on the season. They are suitable for children's meals, especially if your child isn't a big fan of plain vegetables. Try making the patties with different vegetables, and they are sure to become your favorites!
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Courgette - ½ pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Rosemary - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder or chop it finely.
Step 2
Dice the zucchini and onion into small cubes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Mix everything together, then add an egg and rosemary to taste. Knead the mixture well. You can add a little salt to the mixture, as the patties will be quite salty due to the cheese.
Step 5
Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well. Use a spoon to place the minced meat onto the pan, forming patties (I used 2 tablespoons of minced meat for one patty). Fry over medium heat without covering. Once the patties are browned, carefully flip them over with a spatula. Cook until fully done.
Step 6
Serve with a vegetable or any other side dish.
