Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water, remove any excess, and cut into small cubes. To make cutting easier, you can slightly freeze the fillet.
Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse well, cut into small cubes, and add to the chopped fillet.
Step 4
Peel the garlic clove, rinse, and press it into a bowl with the onion and fillet.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the prepared ingredients.
Step 6
Add salt, ground black pepper, and 1 chicken egg to the bowl.
Step 7
Add 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 8
Finely chop the washed and dried parsley and add it to the bowl. Rinse the red bell pepper, remove the seeds, cut into small cubes, and add to the other ingredients.
Step 9
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well and let marinate at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 10
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the heat.
Step 11
Before frying, mix the prepared mixture again well with a tablespoon. When the oil in the pan is heated, spoon the mixture into the pan, shaping it with a tablespoon.
Step 12
Flip the cutlets to the other side and fry until cooked under a closed lid.
