Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground Oats - 1.2 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breast fillet well under running water, remove any excess, and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it thoroughly, chop it finely, and add it to the chopped fillet.
Step 4
Peel and wash the garlic well, then press it through a garlic press. Add the garlic, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste to the chopped meat and onion.
Step 5
Pour 50 ml of milk into the bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the mixture.

Add 35 grams of oats to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well, cover with a lid, and let marinate for about 4–5 hours in a cool place.

Grease a silicone baking mold with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Transfer the prepared mixture into the mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 40–50 minutes. Once the cutlets cool slightly, transfer them from the mold to a plate.
