- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients. For this recipe, it is better to use pork neck.
Step 2
Wash the meat thoroughly under running water. Pat dry.
Step 3
Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces (about 5–6 pieces).
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix salt, ground paprika, mixed ground peppers, ground dried garlic, and ground black pepper.
Step 5
Coat each portion of meat well with the spice mixture on both sides.
Step 6
Place the prepared steaks in a separate container and let them marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Step 7
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a frying pan.
Step 8
When the oil in the pan is heated, place the marinated meat in the pan and fry over medium heat without covering until a golden crust forms.
Step 9
Flip the meat in the pan to the other side. Fry for about 2–3 minutes uncovered.
Step 10
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 5–7 minutes on low heat. Serve hot.
