Description
To make the steaks juicier, it is necessary to use shoulder, neck, or ham. The length of the parchment paper should be twice the size of the baking tray to cover the meat on top.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Green peppercorns - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the pork into steaks about 1 cm thick. There is no need to tenderize the meat.
Step 3
Crush the peppercorns in a mortar; this will give the spice a special aroma and flavor. However, if you don't have whole peppercorns, ground pepper will work as well.
Step 4
Grease one half of the parchment paper with sunflower oil.
Step 5
Place the steaks on the baking tray, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife.
Step 7
Place 2-3 cloves on each piece. If desired, you can add more garlic.
Step 8
Grease the second half of the parchment paper with oil.
Step 9
Cover the steaks with parchment and seal the edges to keep the juices inside during cooking. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40-50 minutes.
Step 10
Serve garnished with vegetables and herbs.
