  • Water - 1 qt
  • Turkey - 28.2 oz
  • Champignons - 8.8 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 5 fl oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Thyme - 6 sprigs
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
