Julienne "Four Cheeses"
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 9.5 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.2 oz
- Dorbly Cheese - 0.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Leek - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms coarsely.
Step 2
Chop the onion coarsely as well.
Step 3
Do the same with the garlic.
Step 4
Chop the leek into small pieces.
Step 5
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Step 6
Add all the chopped ingredients except for the garlic.
Step 7
After 3–5 minutes, stir and add salt. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 8
After a couple of minutes, add the garlic.
Step 9
Pour in the cream.
Step 10
Add the cream cheese.
Step 11
Stir and season with pepper.
Step 12
Transfer to a baking dish, add the Doreblu and mozzarella.
Step 13
After a minute, mix thoroughly.
Step 14
Sprinkle with Parmesan and season with chili pepper.
Step 15
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 16
After 20 minutes, the delicious julienne is ready!
