Ingredients

  • Salted honey mushrooms - 6.2 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 0.4 oz
  • 33% Cream - 2 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Onion - 1.1 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.2 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Arugula - to taste
  • Flaky sea salt - a pinch

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add a pinch of coarse salt.

Wash the mushrooms and cut off the bases of the stems.
