Julienne with a Crispy Crust
Ingredients
- Butter - 3 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and mushrooms coarsely and add them to the heated butter in the pan.
Step 2
After 3 minutes, add salt and stir. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 3
Chop the garlic coarsely and add it to the mushrooms.
Step 4
After a minute, pour in the cream.
Step 5
Stir and wait for the cream to thicken.
Step 6
Add the cream cheese.
Step 7
Stir.
Step 8
Remove from heat. Add the mozzarella and mix.
Step 9
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Step 10
Sprinkle the top with Parmesan.
Step 11
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 12
After 15 minutes, the julienne is ready!
