  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • 10% cream - 1 fl oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
