- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Cream - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then let it cool and cut it into small cubes.

Slice the mushrooms, place them in a skillet, and sauté for a few minutes.

Finely chop the onion, add it to the mushrooms, and sauté until cooked through.

Add the fillet, season with salt and pepper, stir, and remove from heat.

In a dry skillet, lightly toast the flour. Add the cream, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add the chicken with mushrooms, stir, and remove from heat.

Transfer the mixture into individual ramekins and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 356°F (about 30 minutes) until golden brown.
