Description
For this recipe, you will need 300 grams of Maggi seasoning for julienne.
Ingredients
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Spices - to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet until cooked (about 20 minutes after boiling).
Step 2
Finely chop the onion. Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Cool the fillet and chop it finely.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms. Cook until all the liquid evaporates (about 10–15 minutes). Add the fillet, season with salt and pepper, mix, and remove from heat.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place this mixture into cocottes (small heatproof dishes with a handle, which can be ceramic or metal). Pour the Maggi seasoning for julienne over it. Sprinkle with cheese (do not cover with a lid). Place in the oven and bake at 356°F until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
