Ingredients

  • Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
  • Butter - 2 pieces
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • 10% cream - 0 fl oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Truffle Cream Cheese - 1½ tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
  • Goat cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.1 oz

Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
