Julienne with Truffle Sauce
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 2 pieces
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Truffle Cream Cheese - 1½ tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Goat cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the onion in the same way.
Step 3
Chop the garlic coarsely.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms to the heated butter in a pan and stir.
Step 5
After 2 minutes, add the onion and garlic.
Step 6
After another 2 minutes, reduce the heat and pour in the cream.
Step 7
Season with salt and stir.
Step 8
Add the cream cheese and season with black pepper. Stir and remove from heat after 5 minutes.
Step 9
Combine the mushrooms with mozzarella in a baking dish. Add the truffle sauce.
Step 10
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Step 11
Next, add the goat cheese and place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 12
After 10 minutes, the dish is ready!
