Ingredients
- Pistachios - 3 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Kale - 3 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Spaghetti - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, oil, kale, and lemon juice in a food processor.
Step 2
Season to taste. Toss with hot pasta and sprinkle with cheese on top.
Step 3
Place in a container or jar, add a little olive oil, and store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
