Step 1

Blend the sea buckthorn berries into a puree by processing them in a blender with a tablespoon of water, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Step 2

Combine sea buckthorn juice with carrot juice, add sugar, and stir until completely dissolved. Slowly pour the resulting sweet and sour mixture into the kefir, then pour into a tall glass and serve.
