  • Chili jam - 1½ tablespoons
  • Erythritol - 2 teaspoons
  • Italian herb blend - 1 teaspoon
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Malt Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
