Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 19.4 oz
- Eggplants - 3 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 12.3 oz
- Sriracha - 4 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into pieces about 5 mm thick.
Step 2
Place in heated olive oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Flip as soon as the bottom side is browned. Continue frying over high heat.
Step 4
Once the slices are browned on both sides, transfer them to a paper towel.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Step 6
Layer the eggplant in the dish in two layers.
Step 7
In a deep bowl, combine the ground beef and tomato sauce. Add salt. Add sriracha and mix.

Spread the tomato mixture over the eggplant slices. Distribute evenly.

Repeat with another layer of eggplant and a layer of the meat mixture. Then add the grated mozzarella for pizza.

Next, add the cream cheese.

Cut the mozzarella in brine into pieces about 7 mm thick.

Place on top.

Send to a preheated oven at 356°F.

After 25 minutes, remove from the oven.

Sprinkle with parmesan on top. Return to the oven for another 12 minutes.

Transfer the finished dish to a stand.
