  • Eggplants - 3 pieces
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 12.3 oz
  • Sriracha - 4 tablespoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 4.4 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Slice the eggplants into pieces about 5 mm thick.

Place in heated olive oil in a skillet.

Flip as soon as the bottom side is browned. Continue frying over high heat.
