Keto Pasta with Béarnaise Sauce
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Banana Leaves - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2½ tablespoons
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Béchamel sauce - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Crush it with a chef's knife.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the garlic and lime leaf. Sauté on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Then remove.
Step 4
Add roughly chopped mushrooms.
Step 5
Stir after 3–4 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Step 7
After 3–4 minutes, add them to the mushrooms, season with salt, and stir.

Season with black pepper.
Step 9
Rinse the shirataki in cold water.
Step 10
Add to the skillet.

Stir.

After 3 minutes, add the sauce and stir.

After a minute, remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and serve.
