- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Ground meat - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Arugula - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a heated skillet, add the ground chicken.

Season with salt.

Add the pepper blend.

Sauté, stirring, for about 6–7 minutes.

Rinse the shirataki in cold water.

Season with salt.

Add the shirataki to the chicken. After a minute, reduce the heat to medium.

Add the tomato paste. Mix thoroughly and sauté for another 3 minutes.
