Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Almond - 2.1 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Arugula - ½ bunch
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add a little salt.

Melt in the microwave (time depends on the power of the device).

Add almond flour.

Knead the dough thoroughly and roll it out with a rolling pin on parchment paper.

Place the pizza base in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the chanterelles.

Chop them coarsely.

Once the base is ready, remove it from the oven.
