Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 3.2 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Avocado - 3.2 oz
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Radish - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Quail Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the radish.
Step 2
Boil the quail eggs hard.
Step 3
Thinly slice the cucumber.
Step 4
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 5
Peel and slice the avocado into thin wedges.
Step 6
Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice (1 tablespoon).
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Peel the quail eggs and cut them in half.
Step 9
Rinse the shirataki rice in cold water.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Add the rice.

Add the soy sauce. Sauté for 2–3 minutes over high heat.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Add ground chili and mix.

Transfer the rice to a deep bowl.

Top with vegetables and tuna.
