Keto Rolls with Salmon
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 0.3 heads
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - ½ stick
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 1.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and place them in a pot.
Step 2
Cover with water and add salt.
Step 3
Once boiling, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 4
After 18 minutes, drain the water.
Step 5
Mash the cauliflower with a potato masher, adding the butter.
Step 6
Add the yolk and mix. If there is excess moisture, evaporate it over low heat, stirring constantly. Then let it cool.
Step 7
Cut the salmon into strips about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 8
Place a sheet of nori on a mat. Spread the cooled puree on top. In the center, spread the cream cheese.
Step 9
Place the fish on the cheese.
Step 10
Roll it up using the mat. Then cut it into rolls of suitable width.
Step 11
Serve immediately!
