Keto Salad with Veal Liver
Ingredients
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Veal Liver - 7.1 oz
- Arugula - 0.7 oz
- Spinach - 0.4 oz
- Dill - 0.3 bunches
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the Chinese cabbage.
Step 2
Combine with coarsely chopped arugula.
Step 3
Add spinach and mix.
Step 4
Finely chop the avocado, season with salt, and drizzle with apple cider vinegar.
Step 5
Add to the salad and dress with unrefined oil.
Step 6
Cut the liver into long thin strips.
Step 7
Place in a heated pan with refined oil.
Step 8
After 2–3 minutes, season with salt and stir. Sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 9
Finely chop the dill and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 10
Combine all ingredients, mix, season with salt, and serve.
