Keto Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
- Spanish onions - 1.8 oz
- Carrot - 0.9 oz
- Celery salt - 0.9 oz
- Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 17 fl oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Rosemary - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sauce, pour oil into a pot. Add finely chopped vegetables and ground beef.
Step 2
Sauté, stirring for 3–5 minutes over high heat.

Add canned tomatoes.
Step 4
Stir and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Add tomato paste.
Step 6
Add broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Step 7
Add rosemary and bay leaf. Simmer, stirring, until the broth evaporates.

Season with salt and pepper. Remove rosemary and bay leaf.
Step 9
Rinse the spaghetti in cold water.
Step 10
Place the spaghetti in boiling water for 2–3 minutes.
Step 11
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Serve the spaghetti and sauce on a plate, add cheese, and enjoy.
