Keto Spaghetti with Chanterelles
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
- Danish Blue Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms.
Step 2
Chop them into small pieces.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter.
Step 4
Add the chanterelles. Sauté for 4–5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Add the dried garlic.
Step 7
Add the mixed peppers and reduce the heat.
Step 8
Add the cream, then stir. Cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 9
Slice the blue cheese thinly.
Step 10
Add the cheese to the mushrooms.
Step 11
Rinse the spaghetti in cold water.
Step 12
Once the cheese melts, add the spaghetti to the mushrooms.
Step 13
Add the ground chili. Simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Step 14
Serve on a plate.
