Keto Spaghetti with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Dorbly Cheese - 1.6 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil, add the mushrooms and stir.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomatoes and add salt.
Step 4
Once the mushrooms are slightly browned, stir. Lower the heat.
Step 5
Add the mixed ground peppers. Stir after 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
After 3 minutes, add the tomatoes.
Step 8
After another 2 minutes, add the finely chopped garlic. Stir.
Step 9
Add the Dorbly cheese.
Step 10
Pour in the cream.
Step 11
Season with nutmeg.

Once the cream starts to thicken, add the shirataki spaghetti and mix thoroughly.
Step 13
After 2 minutes, the keto spaghetti is ready. Transfer to a plate and serve.
