Khinkali with Porcini Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
- Water - 1¼ cups
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Porcini Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead elastic dough from flour, eggs, salt, and water.
Step 2
Sauté finely chopped mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil, then cool.
Step 3
Add grated sulguni cheese and finely chopped herbs, mix well.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles, placing filling in the center of each, then pinch the edges to form a pear shape.
Step 5
Boil in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Dress the cooked khinkali with butter and serve with pepper.
