Ingredients
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 2.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Kefir - 3 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Lamb - 8.8 oz
- Dill - 2.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the egg, water, and flour.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill, knead it into the dough, and let it rest for half an hour. The dough should resemble playdough.
Step 3
Cut the meat into thin strips, and slice the pepper, carrot, and potato in the same way. Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a thin flatbread, fold it in several layers, and cut across (you should get flat noodles about one centimeter wide). Boil in salted water for about three minutes (until the noodles float).
Step 5
Fry the chopped meat and vegetables. A minute after starting to fry, add the tomato paste and simmer until the potatoes are cooked. Add herbs to taste.
Step 6
Mix the matsoni/katiq/kefir and sour cream, adding a pinch of salt. Place the noodles in this mixture. Stir, then serve in a deep plate. Place the meat with vegetables in the center.
